Did the Supreme Court prove that the Smithsonian destroyed giant skeletons?

FYI: I have updated this article and published it in my book Nephilim and Giants: Believe It or Not! Ancient and Neo-Theo-Sci-Fi Tall Tales.

Indeed, the claim is Smithsonian Admits to Destruction of Thousands of Giant Human Skeletons in Early 1900’s as per World News Daily Report which seems to be the originator of this ground breaking news.

Now, I will deal with the claims below so this is not a genetic fallacy yet, the fact is that if you cannot tell that World News Daily Report is a fake “news” outlet cointelpro style operation (actually, cointel-amateur) then you need to quaint yourself with reality.

For some reason, the bottom of the article states, “Smithsonian Admits to Destruction of Thousands of Giant Human Skeletons in Early 1900′s | nobodysbuying.” Yet sadly, many are buying it and they are simply passing on the claims as facts on their own sites, plus there are page and pages and pages worth of comments on the World News Daily Report site.

They describe themselves as “an American Jewish Zionist newspaper based in Tel Aviv and dedicated on covering biblical archeology news and other mysteries around the Globe. Our News Team is composed of award winning Christian, Muslim and Jewish journalists, retired Mossad agents and veterans of the Israeli Armed Forces. We are based in Tel Aviv since 1988 where are published more then 200,000 copies of our Daily Report paper edition everyday.”

They also outright state that the “website is for information and entertainment purposes only…WNDR shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information…WNDR assumes however all responsibility for the satirical nature of its articles and for the fictional nature of their content.”

The icing on the cake, the artificially flavored icing, is that the very bottom of the page states, “New World Order Media @ Copyright 2016.”

The lesson of which is consider the source and always double check.

With that out of the way, I will note that I was made aware of that article by a friend who bought it hook, line and stinker. When I noted to him that it was a hoax he replied with an email that asked me what about the Nephilim both in the Bible and apocryphal texts, what about early newspaper reports on giant skeletons, etc., etc., etc. The point is that those issues have nothing to do with the fact that the article is a hoax.

In fact, I have written much in affirmation of the Nephilim view of the Genesis 6 affair (see here) and have posted various images of early newspaper reports regarding giant human skeletons (see here).

So now, to the claims versus the facts. The article claims, “A US Supreme Court ruling has forced the Smithsonian institution to release classified papers dating from the early 1900’s that proves the organization was involved in a major historical cover up…The allegations stemming from the American Institution of Alternative Archeology (AIAA).”

So here we have three solid sources of info: 1) the US Supreme Court, 2) the Smithsonian and 3) the American Institution of Alternative Archeology (AIAA).

We are told that the AIAA sued the Smithsonian and the case uncovered “Smithsonian whistle blowers admitted to the existence of documents that allegedly proved the destruction of tens of thousands of human skeletons reaching between 6 feet and 12 feet in height” as per AIAA spokesman, James Churward.

We have an additional two solid sources of info: 1) documents which the Smithsonian and the Supreme Court has and 2) Churward. There may be a third which are the Smithsonian whistle blowers who may be named in the Supreme Court proceeding documents.

This is said to be an image of
A giant human femur uncovered in Ohio in 2011
by the American Association for Alternative Archeology,
similar to the evidence presented in court.

Even this is in error as this photo has been making its rounds online since at least 2008 AD. This appears to be a photo of a supposed bone found in alleged Turkey. This seems to be the same bone on display at the Mt. Blanco Fossil Museum. Joe Taylor is the museum’s curator and artist and he stated:

I sculpted a femur 47-1/2 (120 cm) based on a report in a newsletter where it was reported on by the construction engineer who found it and other skeletons the same height. I was commissioned to sculpt the femur so a college professor could show his students how large it was…In every instance, I have told others that it is JUST A SCULPTURE. The real bone was not available…All museums have casts of specimens as well as real bones. Some have sculptures based on reports only, as this one.

Be that as it may; the sculpture may be based on nothing at all.

More evidence is that during the case “a 1.3 meter long human femur” (4.3 ft.) was entered as evidence. Its source was an ex “high level curators in the mid 1930’s” who, couldn’t you have guessed it, “admitted on his deathbed in writing of the undercover operations of the Smithsonian.”

Another source of info is AIAA director, Hans Guttenberg who stated, “Finally, after over a century of lies, the truth about our giant ancestors shall be revealed to the world.”

Lastly, the Supreme Court documents were scheduled to be released in 2015 AD “and the operation will be coordinated by an independent scientific organization to assure political neutrality” and apparently anonymous since they are not named and have apparently released nothing.

Well, perhaps American Jewish Zionists in Tel Aviv are not aware but all courts keep records as per case numbers and so providing the case number would be part of the least a report could provide.
The bottom line is:
No case number is given and no such case is known.
There is no such thing as the AIAA and thus no James Churward nor Hans Guttenberg.

Allegations about Smithsonian cover-ups of this sort have long been made and so it seems like this was all an attention grabbing piece—which worked wonders—and so people jumped at the least bit of a claim to someone is authority, the Supreme Court, finally sticking it to the conspirators, the Smithsonian.

If you believe anything to do with the existence of giants, regardless of whence they came, then one thing is certain: repeating such obvious fakery without doing the least bit of fact checking or employing common sense, is not the way to go as by doing so you only hurt your own cause.

AN ASIDE:
As a side note, Joe Taylor noted that “The sculpture is the same size as that of King Og mentioned in the Bible.”
Well, actually Og of Bashan’s size is not mentioned in the Bible. What the Bible states is that his bedstead was 13.5 ft./4.1 m. long and 6.0/1.8 wide yet, his height is unstated.
