The 2004 AD movie “Final Cut” was directed by Omar Naim and stars Robin Williams, Jim Caviezel, Mira Sorvino, et al.
It deals with transhumanism issues such as pre-natal implants which audio and video record a person’s entire lives. When they pass away “Cutters” edit their life’s record so as to put together a “Rememory” which is a public showing during a wake/funeral.
The implant is called a “Zoe” which means life and/or alive and is manufactured by the company “EYE Tech.”

As Alan Hackman, Robin Williams plays a Cutter who specializes in cover ups: he ensures that, as per examples in the movies, pedophilia is deleted and the person come out looking squeaky clean.
The movie explores concepts such as how people censor their behavior and speech when they know they are being omni-recorded, etc.
Of course, there are “anti-implant groups” around which revolves most of the movie’s plot.
