From the village of Sosnovka in the Tambov region of Russia comes the tragic report that a 17-year-old axe murdered his dad, sister, and grandma.
Aleksandr Kireev has been arrested under suspicion of having committed the crimes.
The case is still unraveling and some within close proximity speculate that he was depressed due to his mother’s death from cancer three years earlier along with reacting to his dad finding another partner.
A friend noted, “He said that God has betrayed him and that he is disappointed with him” also “He said that he is a Satanist, death to God and so on.”
Others referred to him as “unsociable and grim” and that he self-identified as a “Satanist” who shortly before the murders stated that he wanted to change his life.
