Dateline: Silbury Hill, Wiltshire, England 2009 AD, extraterrestrial giants were spotted using a crop circle star-gate portal.
This, is their story.
What we will consider is: how do six foot tall men wearing one piece suits turn into nine foot tall giants wearing hoodies? By the sloppy and self-serving retelling of a report.
Andrew Russell was the first to report this case in his article, The Silbury Hill Stargate? wherein he relates that he, “received a call from a contact within Wiltshire Police constabulary” from a police sergeant “who doesn’t want to be named” and whom he knows from his “continual use of the Freedom of Information Act to extract information of UFOs.”
Thus far, we have an anonymous person whom we are told is a police sergeant; we do not know if any such person exists nor who or what they are. In other words, this could be a confidential insider or a great way to just make something up as you can just claim to have a source when your only source is your imagination.
It was “Silbury Hill early Monday morning (6th July 2009) when he saw three figures in the [crop circle] formation there.” As per UK Telegraph report titled, “Mayan ‘apocalypse’ crop circle appears at Silbury Hill” the circle is 350 ft and is “an ancient Mayan symbol” which and this was written in 2009 AD, was “said to be a sign of an impending apocalypse.” Well, see the slide show as it does not look Mayan but Native North American.
Note, something interesting about this case which is that the source witnessed the figures wearing, “white coveralls.” Stated by the Veritas Show as being “one piece white suites, with hoods that had been dropped onto the back of their heads” and by the Above Top Secret forum as being “white uniforms.”
The source was driving by, stopped the car and approached the field. The figures are said to have been “all over 6ft” with the Veritas Show stating that they were, “exceptionally tall beings…well over six feet tall.” But what is “over” or “well over”? Where they 6.5 feet, 7 feet, 12 feet? Well, if they were over 6 then they were likely not much taller than 6 since if they were taller, especially much taller, then they would have been over whatever the higher number would be.
Whilst commenting on this case on a radio show, Steve Quayle stated that the figures were reported as being circa 6 feet tall so they were likely 7-8 feet tall. L.A. Marzulli also commented on this case on another radio show and stated that the figures were likely 8-9 ft tall. So, we find that with a mere 3-4 degrees of separation—from the 1) source, to 2) Andrew Russell, to 3) Steve Quayle and to 4) L.A. Marzulli—the figures grew from a generic “over 6 ft” to 9 ft. Well, the figures did not grow rather, the tall tale did and did so in order to conveniently fit the teller’s bias.
But why “figures” and not “people” or “subjects” as a police sergeant may term them? Well, they all had blond hair. Since they were “inspecting the crop,” the source, initially, thought that they were “forensic officers” investigating the site. That they were blond perks up the ears of UFOlogists (or, UFOlatrists) as one species of aliens are called Nordics because they look just like blond haired, blue eyed humans. By the time that Andrew Russell is done with them, an illustration by Wayne Mason has them looking like the creatures from the Avatar movie with blond wigs and white one piece overalls.
Once the source reached the field’s edge he heard something akin to “static electricity” and the “crackling noise seemed to be running through the field and the crop was moving gently close to where the noise was moving. He felt the hair on his arms and back of his neck raise up.”
At this point, he shouted to the figures and when they looked up, they immediately ran away, “faster than any man I have ever seen” additionally “He says that they moved very fast, as if you were watching a video or DVD in fast forward mode.”
The source told Andrew Russell that although he had not seen it he, nevertheless, knew that the figures had been in the crop circle and that they were inspecting it. But how did he know that which he had not witnessed?
In the source’s own words, “you know what day of the week it is, but no-one has told you, you haven’t seen a calender, you just know.” Well, you know what day of the week it is because you knew what the previous day was or the day after that or due to your internal clock since we structure our lives on cycles of minutes, hours, days, weeks, years, etc.
As Russell emphasizes, “This is a man who views the world in the black and white of the letter of the law, this is a man whose testimony can imprison someone, in my humble opinion he is not taken to flights of fancy with metaphysical concepts.”
Indeed, so the only thing that the man who is trained to observe and report (and, by the way, trained to ascertain height) is that he assumes that they were in the circle due to his prior knowledge of the circle’s general location and on his initial assumption that they were forensic officers. So, there is no need to conclude that he was entertaining metaphysical concepts.
But Russell takes it upon himself to push this point as the source’s common sense assumption was turned, by Russell, into something paranormal, “Did he have some psychic awareness? Was something communicated to him?”
But the figures did not simply run away as fast as The Flash but, “When I asked whether they ran away out of sight or disappeared he was adamant they disappeared. He claimed he glanced away for a second” and they were gone.
But why run when you can and will simply disappear? Maybe they are like the car in Back to the Future and have to gather up speed first. Anyhow, “Again, there is a deep ‘knowing’ they disappeared.”
But wait, there’s more as according to Russell’s reckoning “we have five minutes missing time” which within one single paragraph changes to “at least five minutes missing time” (emphasis added); at least five and at most what, six minutes, two hours, what? Well, “At the moment the officer does not wish to explore this missing time.”
Well, the source was very much impacted by the event and thereafter, “suffered what he called poltergeist experiences” including, “strange knocks at the front door.” “The officer felt he had brought something home with him, several days after the experience he said that he had felt a presence within his home” and “saw in his mind’s eye a brief flash of a towering black figure (approx 8ft) standing before him.”
Note that Andrew Russell is a clinical hypnotherapist and while he does not stated that the hypnotized the source he may have as:
“A few days after the experience the officer felt there were pieces of the experience coming to mind that he was not at first aware of. He came to believe that the beings were identical, in a clone-like manner but also shared an intelligence, almost in a hive-like mentality. He also believes that these beings were not responsible for this or any crop circle. He also went on to state that he shouldn’t have seen what he had seen, and believes this was communicated to him at the time.
He doesn’t know where this information came from and these concepts and thoughts are outside his usual frame of reference.”
So, this is more stuff that the source knows but did not see (nor hear or recall) at the time. Too bad he had no occasion to tell the giant aliens that if they were not to be seen then, you know, they may not want to hang around an open field during daylight.
Russell concludes, “I do not believe the officer has the knowledge to create this story to the detail he has” and that:
“A cursory glance on his bookcase in his living room and his study reveal no books that would suggest a knowledge or belief in UFOs, para-psychology or the paranormal. His cursory interest in crop circles comes from an experience his daughter had and how crop circles affect policing in the Wiltshire area (increased traffic, irate farmers, reports of damage to crops etc).”
However, the very reason that the source reached out to him in the first place was due to Russell’s, aforementioned, “continual use of the Freedom of Information Act to extract information of UFOs.” In other words, the source has been involved in digging up and reading all sorts of UFO related reports for some time.
Well, so the story goes; subsequently, the source also “witnessed an orange globe in the sky not far from his home…a large orange/amber globe” that “hovered silently, started a move very slightly from side to side, then shot off at high speed.”
What we know about the figures is that they were humanoid, blond, wore white coveralls and ran away fast from an electrified field wherein there was a crop circle.
