Herein we continue, from part 1 and part 2, presenting a parsed essay regarding the Billy Meier UFO alien case. We will consider it from various vantage points from the message he received from the Pleiadians / Plejarens to the issue of the photos he took of the spacecraft and the various version of just who is Billy Meier.
In the article, Those Mythical Pleiadians, Jim Nichols goes with the first version of the Billy Meier tale (even though he is certainly aware of the other version as is clear from his other works). Note that Nichols states that the Meier’s case was “the prime catalyst for my own personal involvement in UFO research.” Jim Nichols has accepted the alien/UFO worldview hook, line and stinker and has concluded that, as all alien/UFO inevitably conclude, “we are gods.”
He notes that the 1975 AD event began with Meier “Responding to a compelling, ‘pleasant’ inner voice” which directed to travel to “remote pine-woods in the Swiss countryside” where he saw:
…a gleaming silver disc-craft, approximately 21feet in diameter, descending from the clouds. The craft slowly hovered lower to the ground and finally landed on extended tripod legs. After a few moments, Meier could see what looked like a person approaching him from the craft. As this figure drew near, he could see what appeared to be a petite young woman. Her flowing hair was long and blonde and she was dressed in a close fitted, textured gray bodysuit.
As for the bodysuit; seems like a case of Seinfeldian Futurism (from the The Jacket episode of the TV show Seinfeld):
I think eventually fashion won’t even exist. It won’t. I think eventually we’ll all be wearing the same thing. ‘Cause anytime I see a movie or a TV show where there’s people from the future of another planet, they’re all wearing the same thing. Somehow they decided “This is going to be our outfit. One-piece silver jumpsuit, V-stripe, and boots. That’s it.”
We should come up for an outfit for earth. An earth outfit. We should vote on it. Candidates propose different outfits, no speeches. They walk out, twirl, walk off. We just sit in the audience and go, “That was nice. I could wear that.”
In any case, she “introduced herself as ‘Semjase’ and explained that she was visiting the Earth from a distant star system we know as the Pleiades.”
It is specifically noted that “they strolled together to the foot of a nearby tree, where they sat and talked for more than an hour.” More Buddha synchronicity as Billy Meier received his (most recent?) revelation under a tree.
The circa 130 meetings with Semjase resulted in hundreds of photographs and circa 3,000 pages of notes written by Billy Meier. Lt. Col. Wendelle Stevens (USAF ret. And UFO researcher since 1947 AD) became the primary investigator of the Meier case. Nichols notes that the notes were written by Meier in German and that he “was eager to learn more of Semjase’s wisdom and always pressed Wendelle to complete and publish an English version of the full transcript.” Eventually, Wendelle stated, “You know, some of the material in those notes could be considered seditious.”
Sedition pertains to involving or encouraging rebellion against an authority. As it turns out, the Pleiadian / Plejaren messages were critical of human politics and religion. In fact, Wendelle Stevens’ 4-volume text Message From The Pleiades: the Contact Reports of Eduard Billy Meier (MFTP), is “an incomplete…edited and often incorrect English-language translation of the original German-language Contact Reports” (this is as per Brinkster) and “sections critical of religion & politics have often been expurgated” yet, “the CD-ROM reissues of MFTP1 & MFTP2 are unexpurgated but do not contain all the Stevens annotation material; also the photos are cropped differently with the edges containing more photo material than the print version.”
