Discussion with Michael L. Weinstein of the Atheist activist Military Religious Freedom Foundation

Hereinafter is a discussion I had with ‎Michael L. Weinstein of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation which is the 100% opposite of what their PR title is since they are a militant activist Atheist group that makes a living from promulgating an us vs. them victimhood mentality and thus, seek to oppress religious freedoms.

I, Ken Ammi, wrote the following to him:
Good day,
I am curious to know whether the following quotation of you is accurate:

Weinstein of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation which is the 100% opposite of what their PR title is since they are a militant activist Atheist group that makes a living from promulgating an us vs. them victimhood mentality and thus, seek to oppress religious freedoms.

I, Ken Ammi, wrote the following to him:
Good day,
I am curious to know whether the following quotation of you is accurate:
“‘This makes some veterans furious because they remember their brothers and sisters they fought alongside, and bled with and, in some cases, watched die, he says, good people of different faiths. It’s offensive, to be frank,’ Weinstein says.”
It is from the article, “Will it stay or will it go: Should Bible be part of POW/MIA display at VA Hospital?”:

Will it stay or will it go: Should Bible be part of POW/MIA display at VA Hospital?

Weinstein simply replied:
Affirmative

I followed up thusly:
I wanted to ensure accuracy before mentioning that I love honesty and I see that you are admitting that your premise if not law, not constitution, or any such thing but is your feelings, “It’s offensive.”
Now, if you hold to a normative Atheist worldview then your feelings, just like your thoughts, are merely the result of random bio-chemical neural reactions occurring with the haphazardly evolved brain of a temporarily and accidentally existing animal so why should anyone act according to your feelings?

Weinstein’s reply:
it’s clear you are taking the quote to match out of context… FIRST and FOREMOST the display is BLATANTLY unconstitutional as the VA is what we call a “state actor” and therefore is violating inter alia The no establishment clause of the First Amendment among other legal and regulatory violations… [ellipses in original]

Ken Ammi:
Well, you are clearly sidestepping the fact that your whole premise is emotional–and that your thoughts are merely random chemical reactions (on your worldview). If not, you would be tacking much bigger socio-political issues than a book in a building.
Yet, of course having a Bible in a state actor building has nothing to do with the establishment clause of the First Amendment—just like it had nothing to do with it when Thomas Jefferson attended a church that held its services in the Capitol Building.

Weinstein:
Ken, your argument holds no water whatsoever, sport… the Constitution and its construing federal and state case law are quite clear that this display is unlawful [ellipses in original]

Ken Ammi
You are still sidestepping the inconvenient facts of your worldview.
But, if I may, how is a Bible displayed in such a building unconstitutional?

Weinstein
I am not going to do your homework for you… Read the media on this it should be self evident… Stop wasting your time and my time, jack [ellipses in original]

Ken Ammi
Well, I am aware of this subject which is how I know that you are mistaken–on both accounts actually: the account of your worldview’s fundamental failure and on the issue of the legality of a Bible in a building.
It is too bad that you are so eager to run away but since you admitted that yours was an emotive reaction that does not surprise me since your worldview tells you that you are a reactionary animal. But then, I am unsure why it bothers you that other accidentally and temporarily existing reactionary animals put a book in a building.

Weinstein
I think you have a real problem with anyone that doesn’t share what I presume is a fundamentalist Christian biblical Weaponized worldview?… Perhaps you would understand that we do not judge the value of an American citizen based upon the degree to which they fully swallow your fundamentalist Christian Weaponized version of the gospel of Jesus Christ… [ellipses in original]

He also sent this link: https://crooksandliars.com/2019/03/air-force-jag-opinion-appealed-us-civil
In part, it states, “‘Over the years, we have made repeated complaints with the Department of Defense and the Department of the Air Force on religious matters in violation of the Establishment Clause,’ MRFF wrote. ‘Due to our complaints being routinely minimized and rejected by DOD and USAF, we now seek your review.’”

Yet, my point is not that some judge/court has or will make whatever ruling they want based on socio-political bias but the fact that Weinstein’s premise is his emotions and also that displaying a Bible in a “state actor” building is, in no way, promulgating one state sponsored religion—by any stretch of the random bio-chemical neural reaction based imagination.
This is simply about censorship—period.

I replied:
I think you have a real problem with anyone that doesn’t share a fundamentalist Atheistic Weaponized worldview?… Perhaps you would understand that we do not judge the value of an American citizen based upon the degree to which they fully swallow your fundamentalist Atheist Weaponized version of your “faith” based dogmatheism…
I will also note that you also sidestepped the fact about Jefferson.

And that was the end of it as he never replied again.
