Book: UFOs and the Christian Worldview by Jeff Gerke aka Jefferson Scott

UFOs and the Christian Worldview is a book by Jeff Gerke aka Jefferson Scott—which you can find here—the description of which is:

Ever watched those UFO documentaries or seen some new “unexplained” video and wonder what’s going on?

Ever wonder how it fits into the framework of biblical thinking?

Ever wish you had an answer to the “true believers” who point to UFOs and alien space brothers as evidence that Christianity doesn’t explain these phenomena?

If you answered “Yes” to any of those questions, read on. You may never find a more well-reasoned set of arguments about what people are really seeing in the sky and in their dreams.

You can hear him discuss it within this interview:

A note about two statements made by the interviewer: There is a sleep-paralysis-like event recorded in Job but it does not happen to him but to one of the men whom God rebukes in the end.
For details on this in general see Sleep paralysis and the Bible

Also, there is no such thing as a “Lucifer” telescope: the Vatican runs a telescope which contains a component which was manufactured by a conglomerate of German companies who then named the component “Lucifer” (and the name is an acronym so yes, they had to try pretty hard to name is something that would turn into the acronym “L.U.C.I.F.E.R.”).

As for Jeff Gerke aka Jefferson Scott, his views line up with mine as you can see within the following article as well as others that I have written: The how, what and how of extra-terrestrial alien messages.

In short, his list of arguments is:

Argument #1: Walk-the-walk Christians are never abducted

Argument #2: Calling on the name of Jesus stops abductions in progress

Argument #3: The link between UFO activity and the occult

Argument #4: The psychological nature of alien encounters

Argument #5: The religious nature of the aliens’ message

Argument #6: The fiendish character of alien and UFO behavior

Argument #7: The interdimensional nature of UFOs and aliens

Argument #8: The focus, in abductions, on extracting terror

If you are in the mood for related fiction based on an author’s actual worldview-philosophy you can also read
Dr. Arv Edgeworth’s novel Perilous Times Shall Come wherein a former police officer “must sift through the chaos of government cover-ups, secret societies and UFOs to get to the truth of the rapture…Dan comes to realize that UFO sightings are a product of Satan’s deception; the UFOs controlled by so-called aliens are actually demons and fallen angels.”
Interestingly, Dr. Edgeworth “notes that UFO sightings and the use of microchip technology are signs leading up to a one-world government, which will set the stage ‘for the coming scene of the Anti-Christ.’”

In this regard, you may be interested in the book The Controllers: A New Hypothesis of Alien Abductions by Martin Cannon, the text of which I posted here, which takes the view of the government’s manipulation of people via high tech so as to make them think that they are having UFO / alien experiences.
