Billy Meier, the Talmud of Jmmanuel & the corrupted Bible—1 of 3

This represents a sub portion of a consideration of the Billy Meier UFO alien case posted, thus far, as part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, part 5, part 6, part 7, part 8 and part 9.

Jim Nichols notes that pertaining to the criticism of Earth religion some were concerned that Billy Meier may come across as an “anti-religionist.” For this reason, as aforementioned, “sections critical of religion & politics have often been expurgated” from Wendelle Stevens’ 4-volume text Message From The Pleiades: the Contact Reports of Eduard Billy Meier (MFTP). Well, the combination of occult-mystical practices and contact with “aliens” moved Billy Meier from merely non- or un-biblical views to straight up anti-biblical views as he took aim at the very heart of Christianity.
How so? With the Pleiadian’s / Plejaren’s help, of course. Recall that Billy Meier was contacted by the alien Sfath aka Ptaah at the age of five. This being told Meier, “You are the prophet of the New Age for the entire terrestrial world and all human beings on this planet.” Subsequently, Semjase “informs Meier that he is the prophet of the new age as foretold in the Talmud Jmmanuel.”
Many are aware of Rabbinic Judaism’s Talmuds; the Jerusalem Talmud / Talmud Yerushalmi and the Babylonian Talmud / Talmud Bavli. Well, there is also the Talmud Jmmanuel with Jmmanuel being a particular transliteration of Jesus’s “name.” How so? Well, historical and cultural context informs us that in days gone by a name was more than a label but primarily was meant to denote something about the person. Thus, Jesus’ name/title was Emmanuel, which means God with us, whilst His name/label is Yehoshua with His nick name being Yeshua (basically Joshua and Josh) which has been transliterated as Jesus.
It is claimed that the reason for not referring to Jesus as Emmanuel or even Immanuel but rather Jmmanuel is that he was directed to spell it as such by his alien handlers. It is easy to imagine that it has something to do with numerology (whether Aramaic, German or English I know not).

Well, as per Research Professor Emeritus Jim Deardorff (Oregon State University) the Talmud Jmmanuel was “discovered in Jerusalem in 1963, ushers in the New Age while exposing the New Testament gospels as being more corrupt than even the Jesus Seminar suspects.” If that is not biased enough for you, note that he also has a warning on his website that states, “Scholars beware: the UFO-biblical connections are real.” In other words, we are back to ancient-astronauts, ancient-aliens which are, actually, ancient-fallen angels and their ancient-demonic offspring; the descended masters.

One of Prof. Jim Deardorff’s claims is that “largely through comparison with the Gospel of Matthew, that the TJ [Talmud Jmmanuel] was the source for that gospel. The TJ informs us precisely which Matthean verses are genuine, which are partly genuine, and which are pure invention.” Anyone familiar with the [anti] Jesus Seminar can see why Prof. Deardorff makes reference to them.
So, he compared Matthew with the Talmud Jmmanuel but the key question is which came first. One could write a Document-X today which differs from the gospels and claim that the gospels corrupted Document-X but that would not prove that the gospels are based on Document-X because Document-X came along long after the gospels.
He is so convinced of his hypothesis that he states that “the arguments pointing to Matthean dependence upon the TJ are seen to be difficult to reverse” (emphasis added) and that he holds to “TJ genuineness.” However, there is a slight, tiny, little, hiccup in his theory and in a masterful turn of academic-scholarly phraseology, and perhaps an moment of clarity, Prof. Deardorff notes that, “Tests for TJ genuineness are indirect because its original Aramaic scrolls were destroyed” and that “only the German translation survived.”

If you look up the Talmud Jmmanuel on Amazon.com the author is listed as “Judas Ischarioth” (as in the betrayer of Jesus and also the star of the Gospel of Judas; see here for details on that text) and the editor as—drumroll please—“Billy Eduard Albert Meier.”

For the journal Information Sciences, Kevin Burns wrote the article Bayesian inference in disputed authorship: A case study of cognitive errors and a new system for decision support (Volume 176, Issue 11, 3 June 2006 AD, pp. 1570-1589) which noted:

…the Talmud of Jmmanuel…was discovered in the mid-1960s near Jerusalem by two individuals named [Isa] Rashid and Meier. Rashid translated the original scrolls into German, which is the language of Meier, then in the mid-1970s Rashid was killed and the scrolls were lost, presumably because authorities considered the Talmud to be heretic.

Some refer to Isa Rashid as a Greek Catholic priest while others refer to him as a Greek Orthodox priest. It appears that the scrolls destroyed during a 1974 AD Israeli air raid on Lebanon. Reportedly, Rashid had escaped, empty-handed, to Baghdad where he was assassinated.
With particular reference to Jim Deardorff, Kevin Burns writes, “My review of this scholar’s analysis found that his mathematical derivations were sound but that his practical application was flawed.” This statement pertains to Deardorff’s employment of Bayesian methods of comparison but the comparison means nothing without manuscript evidence as regardless of how they compare it may be that Isa Rashid and/or Billy Meier authored the Talmud Jmmanuel in the 1960s.
