The birds and the bees teach us that a baby is made from the sexual union of a male and a female (biology agrees as least outside of asexual reproduction). Simple mathematics teaches us that 1+1=2. If we designate the first “1” to be a female and the next “1” to be a male, then the baby is the “2.” There is no “2” without the addition of “1+1,” there is no baby without male+female.
Basic math+basic biology=pure common sense. The baby is as much of the male as of the female. It is true that the male has no part in the physical act of carrying a baby to term and sadly true that many males take advantage of this. This however, does not mean that the male has no right to speak up if the female wants to bring harm, bring death, to their child.
If he had no right to speak up on the issue of abortion then he would have no right to speak up if the female wanted to murder their child after birth, whatever the age might be.
What has happened to males? Males have always been willing to hunt to feed their families and go to war to ensure their families safety. What has happened with these people who are not worthy to be called “men”? What kind of a “man” would stand by and do nothing while his own child is being murdered, or even encourage the female to do it and even pay for it?
