I am a big believer in back to basics. When we get fancy and complex it is always a good idea to get back to the bottom line—to the basics.
After five years in martial arts my sifu’s sifu came into town, I got in a static posture and the correction he made was to move one of my thumbs about an inch. Nothing fancy or complex but just something basic.
