Attempting to Resurrect a Dead Horse – on the Arizona Atheist, Communism and Atheism

The Arizona Atheist and I have gone round and round on the historically verifiable link between Atheism and Communism via responding to each other’s posts.
I have provided ample evidence of this link and no amounts of attempts to re-write history by Atheists have been able to discredit the recent history of the most secular and bloodiest century in human history.

Let us makes this very simple: the Arizona Atheist has made his target very, very large and easy to hit; it has been hit, the hit detonated the target and it is now dead and gone despite his attempts to continuously prop it up upon an ever weakening structure of adherence to his particular atheistic worldview which cannot allow the admission of evil done in the name of, and motivated by, Atheism.

Simply stated, I asserted the following:

With regards to the correlation between atheism and Communism; it would be fallaciously simplistic to claim that atheism is the only motivating factor behind Communism and yet, it is certainly a major factor and the very premise upon which Communist ideology was built.

From this premise—which I believe we can agree in defining it as a fair minded—I provided my evidence—see Atheism and Communism.

The Arizona Atheist’s target is as follows:

I do not care if the author didn’t intend to solely blame atheism; that’s not the point. The point is that it wasn’t a factor at all, and the author damn sure didn’t give any facts to back that up.

Do you see how simple it becomes? The claim is that atheism “wasn’t a factor at all,” not at all, not one bit.
This means that if I can provide one, yes even one, single bit of evidence that it was a factor then his assertion is defeated.

This is tantamount to claiming that there is no gold in China. If you find gold in even one single square inch of China then you disproved the statement and do not even have to search the rest of China—finding one bit of gold in one bit of China is enough.

The Arizona Atheist’s is claiming that atheism “wasn’t a factor at all.” If I find even one factor then his claim is disproved.

This is actually evidence that the Arizona Atheist has seem me provide at least twice already but here it goes again: Vladimir Lenin, the first leader of the USSR who modified Marxist doctrine as a Communist theoretician wrote the following:

The philosophical basis of Marxism, as Marx and Engels repeatedly declared, is dialectical materialism…a materialism which is absolutely atheistic and positively hostile to all religion.

Thus, Marxism, as conceived of and promulgated by Marx and Engels, was based on materialism which is contextually defined as atheistic and thus the Arizona Atheist’s assertion has been shown, yet again, to be fallacious.
