The top left image below shows the infamous occultist’s Aleister Crowley’s portrait of a being which was conjured initially in 1918-1919 AD.
The image top right image shows how the original image accommodates the large eyes of grey aliens.
The two bottom images show how this being has essentially become the alien poster boy.
The images below is the way that proponents of ancient alien greys in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics reproduce the image in question…nice and blurry so that it is easier to tell you what it is rather that having you see a clear image and decide for yourself.
Here is a clear image of the same figure, note that now the alien appears to be wearing some fancy feathered head dress and has a cartoonish accordion elephantine trunk.
In the following images we see what the grey alien is really…just a plant in a vase.
While we are at it, we might as well instantly debunk the claim that there are alien greys buried as mummies as is depicted in this image…after all, just look at the oh so very clear close up ;o)
Well, these are simply infants which is very clear from just viewing some infant skulls.
