Today marks pray for Christopher Hitchens day which marks the day upon which Christians (et al?) will love their neighbour, their (self-appointed) enemy, the (self-appointed) antagonist, and pray for Christopher Hitchens.
While Hitchens is battling cancer; we should primarily pray for his salvation regardless of the state of his physical body. Yet, we can certainly also pray for his physical healing, that regardless of what comes out of it, YHVH’s holy name will be glorified through the life of Christopher Hitchens.
