Alchemical Hollywood in “The Brass Teapot” movie

“The Brass Teapot” movie was released in 2013 AD. It was directed by Ramaa Mosley and stars Juno Temple as Alice, Michael Angarano as John, et al.

It is based on a comic book series, “about mid-twenty year old couple who, in these difficult economic times, finds a mysterious, magical brass teapot which makes them money but at a surprising price. After realizing the teapots powers, John and Alice must decide how far they will go to fulfill their dream.”

The teapot has a hexagram on its side (a six pointed star often wrongly termed a “Star of David”). When Alice and John take it to the Antiques Roadshow the appraiser notes “the alchemy of the metal.”

We are told that “The legend of the teapot first appeared in folklore around the time of Christ’s crucifixion.”
We are told that the teapot has not been seen since 1945 AD (it may be a 4+5=9 number of the beast issue since 6+6+6=18 and 1+8=9 according to occult numerology).

“The Theosophist Society” is after the teapot as are Hassidic (“Orthodox”) Jews. In reality, Theosophy is an occult cult that was established by Helena Petrovna Blavatsky and Rabbinic Judaism in the form of Hassidic Judaism (and as opposed to biblical Judaism) contains the occult element of the Kabbalah.

But why are they after it? Well, the teapot has a magic (or, magick) quality to it: it produces money from within it in reaction to pain and suffering. Thus, Alice and John engage in self-hurting including that which John terms “violent sex” including S&M.

Now, guess what the movie has the Jews do: they steal the money but leave teapot behind as they are aware of the dire consequences of that which comes with dealings with it.

At one point “the teapot doesn’t like paying like it used to” thus, they have to take the self-injury up a notch.

They end up realizing that the teapot will pay out due to anyone within its proximity is injured—pain, suffering, etc. Thus, they hang out at an MMA fight, a tattoo parlor, at a hospital where birth is being given, etc.

At another point John notes that Alice is “on the verge of vehicular homicide” when she almost runs over a homeless person on purpose.

They then end up realizing that the teapot will pay out due to emotional pain thus, they begin to make each other feel miserable, saying hurtful things. Alice calls it “psychological warfare.”

They hurt each other in this way by revealing hurtful secrets.

Well, it is meant to be a feel good story so in the end they give the teapot to the Theosophical Society who throw it into the ocean.

Thus, it is a psychological warfare based tale about feeding the magickal money monster (see Tracy Twyman and the Baphomet bankers) with pain and suffering.

It is also occult alchemical mystical tale as Alice and John undergo a transformation of the self via literal occult means.
