As has been elucidated in various articles found with the Serpent Seed category: the Bible does speak the seed of the serpent and the seed of the woman. Yet, it does not, in any way, relate seed of the serpent to Cain being the result of Eve having sex with Satan.

In fact, since the serpent seed of Satan theory is not biblical, promulgators, such as those listed below, have different ideas as to who the seedlines / bloodlines are.

The Two Christmases and the Two (or Three) Atheist Options

Apparently, Christmas has not been around long enough for some atheists to understand it. Actually, I am quite certain that I just made a fallacious statement as, just like Christians, atheists understand that there are two Christmases.

The publishing of An Atheist’s Guide to Christmas should make is clear that as per Christmas atheists have two options, three if they are inconsistent: 1) ignore it, leave us alone to enjoy it and get on with your life maaaaaaaaaan, 2) repent and celebrate the birth of your savior, 3) besmirch your Christian parents, condemn Christmas but then make sure you wake up nice and early on Dec. 25th in order to rake in the presents!

Yes, December 25th is close at hand and atheists have already begun giving the gift of mocking Christmas, filing lawsuits and getting ready to collect their presents.

One Christmas is all sugar coating and no substance and the other is substantive with sugar on top. What I am referring to is that one manner in which Christmas is celebrated is to focus on Santa Claus, trees, reindeers and gifts (secular Christ-less-mas). This is the only Christmas about which it could be said that there are Pagan roots and the only one that atheists, always lacking in originality, can commandeer for themselves.

The other Christmas is to view it as a day in which we focus on the birth of the Messiah Jesus. When we focus on Christ’s birth we can also enjoy the tinsel while if we focus on tinsel the holiday looses all meaning and eventually even the tinsel loses its luster. A symbol is never as significant as the substance of that which it is meant to represent. This one includes not Pagan roots and atheists can only do with it what they do in replacing the supernatural God with various natural gods: themselves (see iTheism).

The History
As its name implies, CHRISTmas (literally celebration, or Mass of Christ) is a date in which is celebrated the birth of Jesus Christ (Christ being an English version of Kristos, which is a Greek version of Meshiach, which is Hebrew for anointed). Notice that Christmas, December 25th, is not Jesus’ birth date but a day in which His birth is celebrated. Christianity believes that Jesus is God’s son, which according to historical context meant that this was a claim to equality with God. This is one of many reasons why Jesus is said to be God incarnate (literally in the flesh).
Christmas has been celebrated, in one form or another, since the very day of Jesus’ birth (circa 3-4 BC). This is because Mary and Joseph celebrated His birth, the shepherds celebrated His birth and the angels celebrated His birth.

The Miracle
Christians and Muslims believe that Jesus was born to a virgin. This miraculous birth was foretold in the book of Genesis 3:15 where the seed of the woman is said to be a coming defeater of the serpent/satan (note that males have the seed and females the egg, while in this case the seed is of the woman, i.e., a child will be conceived without the involvement of a male). In the book of Isaiah 7:14 the prophecy is made more specific by referring to a sign from God, which will be that “the virgin shall be with child.” Isaiah 9:6 further applies names and titles to the child that are appropriate for God alone.

Moreover, Micah 5:2 foretells this child’s birth in Bethlehem. Jesus is known as being of Nazareth since that is where He lived but He was born in Bethlehem. It was also prophesied that the Messiah would be Jewish-a Hebrew from the Tribe of Judah, a descendant of Abraham, through Isaac, through Jacob, through Jesse, through David.

These are some of the many prophecies fulfilled by Jesus. Calculations conducted within the field of statistical probability demonstrate that as we compound prophecy upon prophecy the probability of one single person fulfilling all of their requirements becomes staggering. Yet, this is just what has occurred.

The Meaning
On the day of Jesus’ birth the following proclamations were made, “…behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord…Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men!” (Luke 2:10-11, 14).

Christianity believes that Jesus chose to come to earth and live just as we do (yet, without sin) in order to fulfill the requirements of the Torah (Law of Moses or Old Testament Law). This would qualify Him to be what is known as a spotless lamb or Lamb of God (according to various metaphoric aspects of the Torah’s sacrificial rites as well as the Passover lamb as described in the book of Exodus). Therefore, Jesus chose to give His life so that those who relied on Him would be covered by His righteousness. This means that Christianity believes that all sins may be forgiven by believing that Jesus has paid the price for them. Thereafter, Christians are called to a life devoted to Jesus in thanksgiving for what He did for us. This is why Jesus’ birth is celebrated and why the majority of the world sets its calendars according to His birth.

Mystery Babylon site on Cain's Satanic bloodline-seedline

mystery20babylon-8853979 “…nowhere in the Bible does it say that

either Cain nor Abel were Adam’s son…

Those who have blood of this Serpent (and, possibly, other fallen angels) would go on to form ‘mixed’ multitudes of people…”

—Brett T. Mystery Babylon site

Herein I am concluding considering the claims of Brett T. who runs “Mystery Babylon the Great, the Definitive Website.” At issue are some of his claims about the serpent seedline of Satan theory which holds that Cain is the son of Eve and Satan and thus he and his descendants carry on Satanic genetics. You can find this series here.
So now, Brett does quote, “And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain… – Gen. 4:1 (KJV)” and comments thusly:

To many this is proof positive that Adam had sex with his wife; and was the father of Cain. An open-and-shut case… or is it? The word knew, if we examine the original Hebrew, here, does have the meaning of ‘to have sex with’ (which makes it easy to assume that they copulated). However, this word could also mean something totally different!

Apparently, since it “could also mean something totally different” then it must “mean something totally different.”
He rewrites the verse thusly, “And Adam eventually acknowledged the distinguishing sign that had come upon Eve; that she was with child, and realized she was about to give birth to Cain… – Gen. 4:1 (in retranslation).”

This is the sort of thing that serpent seedline of Satan theorists must do in order to get away from the fact that the Bible, as a whole, knows nothing of their theory.

Brett also gets into another issue with that text:

…when Eve first saw her baby, Cain, she may have assumed she had gotten him from somewhere beyond this world…Eve exclaims, “I have gotten a man from the LORD” (Gen. 4:1 KJV). According to the New Jerusalem Translation, however, the verse translates from the Hebrew just a little differently:

…I have gotten a man from an angel of the LORD.

Well, I am unsure as to what is meant by “New Jerusalem Translation” as, for example, the “New Jerusalem Bible” has the text as “The man had intercourse with his wife Eve, and she conceived and gave birth to Cain. ‘I have acquired a man with the help of Yahweh,’ she said.”

Brett elucidates:

Even if Eve might have been claiming only that she had gotten a man “from the LORD,” she apparently must have thought Cain was someone born of some very great circumstance, or was of some very special significance, to state that.

Indeed, apparently Eve thought Cain was someone born of some very great circumstance as he was her first born and in fact, the first born in the history of history and was thus of very special significance.

Now we come to the actions supposedly being caused by genetics as Brett asks (and answers), “Cain kills Abel, his own brother. Now, what would possess a man to do something as horrible as this?…the Serpent would naturally pass these negative attributes on to whomever he sired? Could this have been a reason why Cain so easily could have committed murder?”
In order to reinforce this, he does not quote the Bible but the apocrypha, the main Rabbinic Jewish mystical text, “The nature of the serpent is to lurk, so as to kill, and his issue, Cain, learned his ways. – Zohar Pekudei 21.”
Yet, the issue is quite simple: if Cain could not have sinned lest his father was the serpent (or, the Satan possessed serpent) and he had Satanic/serpentine genetics then, pray tell, why did Adam and Eve sin? They were direct creations of God with pristine genetics and yet, they sinned. Thus, this is a non issue.

Brett then quotes:

But He (God) turned to the serpent (in great wrath) and said: ‘Since thou hast done this… There shall not be left thee ear, nor wing, nor one limb of all that with which thou did ensnare them in thy malice and causesdst them to be cast out of paradise… – Apocalypse of Moses 26:1-4

FYI: This apocryphal text is aka Apocalypsis Mosis. Brett’s commentary is that “God dished out punishments ‘an eye for an eye’ – the Serpent’s sexual ‘limb’ was cursed, maybe for the way he used it.” Well, he is merely inserting the context of the limb being sexual. Also, this is somewhat tricky due to the terminology but the text does not refer to a, singular, limb but to plural limbs. This is because stating “nor one limb” implies others: nor one of the various.
Moreover, that text’s 18:1-3 makes clear that this was not about sex but about just that which the Bible tells us it was about: knowledge, “I would not have you ignorant. But arise, (come) hither, hearken to me and eat…he saith to me: ‘Fear not, for as soon as thou eatest of it, ye too shall be as God, in that ye shall know good and evil.’”

He then quotes the Zohar, which dates from circa three millennia after Genesis was written, to the effect that “the serpent had intercourse with Eve and injected filth into her, Eve bore Cain…. – Zohar Pekudei 21.”
He the quotes, “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. – Gen. 3:15 (KJV).” His comment is “The seeds of the Serpent would form into one bloodline; Adam and Eve’s seed into another.” He does accurately note that this is “a prediction about Jesus, himself, coming to earth.”
However, he continues by writing, “Those who have blood of this Serpent (and, possibly, other fallen angels) would go on to form ‘mixed’ multitudes of people” and quotes the following as back up:

…the members of the mixed multitude are the children of the primordial serpent that seduced Chavah (Eve) by the tree of knowledge, so the mixed multitude is indeed the impurity that the serpent injected into Chavah. From this impurity, which is considered the mixed multitude, Kayin (Cain) came forth and slew Hevel (Abel)… – Zohar 2 Beresheet A28

Well, you can see where this leads some people when they believe that there are humans and there are non-humans serpentine/fallen Angelic/Satanic beings.

The issue is that the Bible does, indeed, teach two seedlines and yet, these are based on actions and not genetics. This is about those who commit Godly righteous actions verse those who commit Satanic sinful actions. Since this is about actions then the good news is that those within the Satanic line can always repent.
