Mystery Babylon site on pre Adamites & Angles in the garden of Eden

mystery20babylon-5056230 “…nowhere in the Bible does it say that

either Cain nor Abel were Adam’s son…

Those who have blood of this Serpent (and, possibly, other fallen angels) would go on to form ‘mixed’ multitudes of people…”

—Brett T. Mystery Babylon site

Herein I am considering the claims of Brett T. who runs “Mystery Babylon the Great, the Definitive Website.” At issue are some of his claims about the serpent seedline of Satan theory which holds that Cain is the son of Eve and Satan and thus he and his descendants carry on Satanic genetics. You can find this series here.

He asserts:

…there were angels fashioned around this same time as the above creation of Adam, to help him out in his daily garden chores. We get a hint of this in the Bible:
And again, when He (God) bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, He saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. – Heb. 1:6 (KJV)

Due to the gap theory, he also writes, “other human beings on the earth at this time, beyond just Adam and Eve; also designated to help work the fields in and around the Garden.”

Well, the Bible knows nothing of either of these two claims (hence the reliance of apocrypha) and the Hebrews text obviously has nothing to do with it.

He notes:

…these angels discovered how much preferential treatment God had given to the man, these angels complained. We may, in the Bible, get a hint to the conversation between these angels and the Almighty, in regards to their dissatisfaction of Adam:

Psa. 8: 4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? 5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and has crowned him with glory and honor.

6 Thou madest him to have dominion of the works of thy hands…

This is what I meant about the folly of using the apocrypha to (mis)interpret the Bible. The Bible knows of no such thing but the Apocalypse of Moses does and so he attempts to read that into the Bible.
He does not seem to note that the Psalm continues thusly:

thou hast put all things under his feet: All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field; The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.

O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!

This is hardly a dissatisfaction based complaint but is rather, a praising of God.

He then repeats a very common misconception, “Many of these terrestrial angels, since their fall, assumed a form which looked like any man around them…with just a couple of differences. They could have still maintained their ‘shining’ appearance, as one might picture a typical angel to have.” Well, perusing the history of the manner whereby one might picture a typical Angel shows how little the artwork has to do with the Bible.
The Bible knows nothing of Angels assuming human form, etc. Brett asserts that “We know, according to the Bible, that angels can make themselves appear to be human” but provides no quotations or citations. The fact is that biblically, Angles look like human males, have no wings and no halos. They are as physical as was Jesus after His resurrection with the ability to traverse dimensions to which we have no current access. Thus, Jesus could be touched, could eat, etc. and could also walk through a closed door, etc.

In contradistinction to Angels, Brett tells us that “Satan was purely a spiritual angel…If he was to make any change on the earth, he had to find a body to possess – to be able to act like a human being. And that’s just what he did.”
Well, there are at least two reasons why this is not the case: 1) Satan is not purely spiritual (apparently meaning disembodied) and 2) Satan is not an Angel. Satan is a Cherub, Angels and Cherubim (and Seraphim) have different job functions, different titles, look differently, etc. and Cherubim are as physical as Angels which is how and why, for example, they could be stationed to guard the way to the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3).

Thus, he did not need to possess anyone or anything. Yet, Brett uses this concept to argue that Satan and the envious Angles wanted to “overthrow” Adam since he was the Garden’s “manager” as Brett puts it and they worked for him. Thus, or so Brett’s story goes, “The Serpent – one of these other fallen angels – volunteered his services. Their target? To seduce Eve.” Thus, he distinguishes Satan from the serpent.

He quotes the “Book of Adam [44]16.3a-16.4” thusly, as Satan tells the serpent “harken to me so that we may have Adam expelled from the wall of paradise.” He then tells us that “Satan, then, was allowed to possess the serpent” and they sought to acquire, “the richest and most luscious ‘fruits’ in the garden: Eve herself.”
Note that fruit is being interpreted as a person. In keeping with his gap theory, Brett noted, “there could have even been other human beings on the earth at this time, beyond just Adam and Eve.” Well indeed, if Eve is fruit then all of the fruit of the all of the trees mentioned in Genesis 2 must be people. Of course, this means that Adam and Eve were allowed to eat of the fruit—have sex with—all of the fruit except for those of one tree (they were also allowed to have sex with the fruit of the Tree of Life).

As has been elucidated in various articles found with the Serpent Seed category: the Bible does speak the seed of the serpent and the seed of the woman. Yet, it does not, in any way, relate seed of the serpent to Cain being the result of Eve having sex with Satan.

In fact, since the serpent seed of Satan theory is not biblical, promulgators, such as those listed below, have different ideas as to who the seedlines / bloodlines are.

Patrick Horvath

The 2016 AD movie Southbound (available here) was directed by Roxanne Benjamin, David Bruckner, Patrick Horvath and Radio Silence and stars Kristina Pesic as Sutter, Nathalie Love as Kim, Fabianne Therese as Sadie, Chad Villella as Mitch, Hannah Marks as Ava, et al.
It is a horror movie made up of various short stories that all tie together.

One all seeing eye, pyramid and pentagram symbolism in Southbound movie.

Nephilim in Antoine Augustin Calmet & Alexander Cruden dictionary and concordance

I found that Antoine Augustin Calmet’s (1672-1757 AD) Dictionary of the Holy Bible and Alexander Cruden’s (1699-1770 AD) Concordance to the Old and New Testament read much the same in defining “giant.” They begin by telling us that the Hebrew is Nephilim and refers to “one who hears down other men” whatever that means and from whence they got such an idea.
It may relate to some insights regarding various translations as elucidated in the dictionaries thusly:

GIANT: In Greek, Gigas, in Hebrew, Nophel, or Nephilim, which may signify a monster, or a terrible man, who beats and bears down other men.
The Scripture speaks of Giants who lived before the Flood; they are called Nephilim, mighty men which were of old, men of renown, Gen.6:4. Aquila, instead of Gigantes, translates this word Nephilim, Epipiptontes, men who attack, who fall with impetuosity upon their enemies, a translation, says one, which renders very well the whole force of the Hebrew term. Symmachus translates it, Biaioi, violent men, cruel, whose only rule of their actions is violence, and force of arms.

As for the aforementioned “Greek, Gigas” also gigantes (which is exactly how it is spelled in Spanish), the dictionaries note, “The LXX sometimes translates gibbor, giant, though literally it signifies — a strong man, a man of valor, a warrior.” The “sometimes translates” point is important as the Nephilim became gibborim but there are many gibborim who were not Nephilim.

The dictionaries note, “Giants, however, were not uncommon in the times of Joshua and David, notwithstanding that the life of man was already shortened, and, as may be presumed, the size and strength of human bodies proportionally diminished.” Well, there are, at least, two issues with which to deal: 1) where post-flood “giants” Nephilim (even if genetically deluded) or large humans and 2) just what qualifies as a “giant”?

1) All true Nephilim (direct offspring of Angels and humans) drowned in the flood. No more Nephilim are known to have existed thereafter—the Numbers 13 reference, which is the only one outside of Genesis 6, is part of a bad/evil report and thus, was not true: see Did Caleb and the spies see Nephilim giants in the land?
Therefore, post-flood giants were humans and this brings us to the next issue.

2) The Bible variously refers to people who are “tall” and “very tall” and this is generic and subjective. For example, an average Hebrew of those days was 5.5 ft. so even a person who was one foot taller much less two could be a giant. The dictionaries note, “Goliath was ten feet seven inches in height, (1 Sam. xvii. 4.); but this depends on the length at which the Hebrew cubit is taken.” Indeed, cubits meant different things to different cultures and varied from time to time. Yet, as a matter of practicality a cubit is generally reckoned to be 18 inches because a span is circa 8 inches (tip of a man’s pinky to tip of his thumb when the hand is spread) and two spans make a cubit (tip of a man’s elbow to tip of his middle finger.

In any case, Goliath is taller in Greek than he is in Hebrew and yet, he is not ten feet seven inches in either: he is 6.7 ft. in Hebrew and 9.8 ft. in Greek. Of the few specified heights we are given in the Bible no one (with the exception of Greek Goliath) even makes it to eight feet. In fact, modern day pro basketball players do not make it to eight feet.

Nephilim in Jerome's Letter to Paul of Concordia

From Jerome’s (347-420 AD) Letter to Paul of Concordia:

Afterwards sin gradually grew more and more virulent, till the ungodliness of the giants brought in its train the shipwreck of the whole world.

Then when the world had been cleansed by the baptism—if I may so call it—of the deluge, human life was contracted to a short span.

Yet even this we have almost altogether wasted, so continually do our iniquities fight against the divine purposes.

The “ungodliness of the giants” seems to be stated due to taking Nephilim to be giants likely based on the Greek Septuagint/LXX.

seed of Satan

Continuing and concluding from part 1, let us go word by word through fruit, tree, eat, touch, seed in order to see if they have specific association with a sexual act (keeping in mind that this is contextually irrelevant). Additionally, I will add beguiled since Eve stated, “The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat” which is supposed to mean that Satan sexually seduced her and they had sex.
