This is the report: Discovery Institute has filed a lawsuit against the California Science Center (the “Center”) for unlawfully refusing to disclose public documents requested by Discovery Institute under the California Public Records Act.
The documentary Darwin’s Dilemma has a big target on which is being aimed at by proponents of the Darwin only restrict-a-thought school of indoctrination. It was due to be featured at the Smithsonian affiliate The California Science Center but was pulled due to an unspecified reference to contracting issues.
