We conclude from part 1, part 2, part 3 and part 4, considering the many theories regarding what is variously referred to as aliens, extra-terrestrial, UFOs, flying saucers, etc. and how such theories seem to have found a point of convergence, of commonality.
With regards to the correlation between the concept of inter-dimensional aliens and demons it is very important to bring up Aleister Crowley who was perhaps the most infamous occultist.
…in his brilliant and epic book, Supernatural, Graham Hancock makes an almost inarguable case that the traditional, psychedelic plant-induced shamanic visions and experiences, fairy lore, and now modern abduction/alien scenarios stem from and share the same root, a kind of trance-induced, other channel of reality, in which these same grey-beings have won the starring roles…
within the story of what could be the very first modern, recorded appearance of this same entity, he is clearly described as an interdimensional being, with no pretenses of alien origins. In this story, there are other ideas that fit within Hancock’s theory, such as the use of a meditative trance, drug induced, for purposeful contact (as in shamanism) with the otherworld.*
It was between 1917-1919 AD when Aleister Crowley and one of his many sexual spirituality aids, Roddie Minor, conducted hashish and opium induced trances wherein she described her visions to Crowley who:
…decided to conduct more formalized, regular sessions with her, culminating in [the appearance of ] a character within Minor’s original visions, which became somewhat of an oracle channeled rather conversationally directly between Minor (and sometimes, others) and Crowley…
Crowley drew a portrait of an entity which tangibly appeared…[the] general narratives describing it generally follow the thought that Crowley opened up a magickal portal that allowed this entity…others like him and their representational consciousness into the modern world…
Aleister Crowley drew the portrait in 1918 AD and in 1945 AD gave it to Kenneth Grant who was heading the Ordo Templis Orientis (OTO, the Order of the Temple of the East aka Order of Oriental Templars which was founded my Crowley). Grant subsequently referred to the portrait as not being of a single being but as representing a class or species of being. Amongst the OTO the portrait came to be used as an icon for meditative purposes.
This developed into an inner cult which functioned via prescribed practices pertaining to meditation, rites, techniques all for the purposes of continuing the communication with the being(s).

As can be seen in the series of images posted at this link, the being is strikingly similar to what has come to be known as grey aliens or simply greys. The main difference is the eyes which in the portrait are small and squinted whilst in greys they are very large and higher up on the head.
However, in the original portrait these large, higher up eyes are discernable or suggested, as it were. Also, the OTO had a practice of focused starring so that eventually the image would reveal the grey’s eyes. In the link you will see the original portrait, the portrait with the grey’s eyes filled in, and two representations of greys (the last one being from Strieber’s book Communion).
As a side note, in one of his books Strieber noted that the symbolism of triangles and also eagles often accompanies abduction experiences. For whatever it is worth (during this author’s life BC), the very night that passage was read and upon getting home it was noticed that the ginger beer that had become a favorite had the image of an eagle within a triangle watermarked into the glass of the bottle—something that had not at all been noticed before.
So in 1918 AD Crowley paints the portrait, the OTO receives it in 1945 AD, then in 1961 AD Betty and Barney Hill claimed to have been abducted by aliens which they described looking very much like greys (although at one point they claimed to have seen humans which appeared to be German Nazis and also Irish) and on it goes from there to the point that the greys have become the most recognizable alien face and is found absolutely everywhere.
While oddly shaped heads have been long depicted in ancient art and oddly shaped skull have been found (which are made by binding children’s heads so as to elongate the skull as it grows) there does not seem to be anything quite like the greys depicted prior to 1918 AD.
Be aware that some claim that greys are found depicted in Egyptian hieroglyphs but these have been shown to be plants. These are also provided in the aforementioned link FYI.
